Booking Terms and Conditions
Please note that your booking is a legally binding agreement. If you cancel your booking after it was confirmed the cancellation policy will apply.
Our Cancellation Policy and Conditions are as follows:
- 0-21 days before arrival - 100% of the Total Booking Amount (no refund)
- 21-60 days before arrival - 50% of the Total Booking Amount (50% refunded)
Fully Booked – Refunds/Prepayments are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to
re-letting the room.
The Cancellation Policy for Refunds & Deposits for bookings are at all times at the discretion of management.
To secure the booking we require a payment of 50% of the total cost of the booking. The outstanding balance on the booking must then be paid into our bank account 21 days prior to arrival.
Any bookings made shorter than 21 days prior to arrival must be fully paid before the booking will be confirmed.
Vilaroux reserves the right to cancel any booking where the deposit and or the payments have not been paid on the due date. Guests will immediately be informed via email when such an action has been taken.
We prefer payment via EFT
The apartment will be serviced 2 x per week. No services will be done on weekends or public holidays.
If you require an additional daily services R150.00 or weekend services R250.00, it must be arranged with management prior to arrival. The fee for the additional service needs to be paid when the final payment is made for the booking.
Service will include the following:
* Making of beds.
* General cleaning of the apartment.
* The guest is responsible for the washing of their own dishes.
* Linen is changed every 7th day and towels are changed 2 x per week.
* Please note that any damage to linen and towels will be charge to your account.
The cost of this facility is for guests own account and not included in our standard rates.
A Wi-Fi service is available and is supplied by WISH - www.wishnetworks.co.za
Please log onto their website to familiarize yourself of what they offer.
You will be held fully responsible for the keys during your stay. The cost for lost keys is R1500.00 per set.
Secure basement parking is included in our rate. Access to the basement will be via remote control gates and garage door. The remote will be handed to you upon arrival. Please note only 1 parking bay per apartment.
Each apartment is fitted with a television and has access to DSTV´s hotel bouquet of channels.
The guest will be held liable for all damages or losses to furniture, fittings and equipment, that was caused during the stay.
Vilaroux has a policy that quiet time will be adhered to between the hours of 22h00 and 07h30.
No activity outside the apartments is allowed during this time. No disturbance will be allowed during this time and if needed. Management will request the guest to leave the premises immediately.
CHECK – IN TIME
Check –in will be between 14h00 and 19h00. Please note that we do not do late check-in´s.
No later than 10h00. Later departures must be arranged with management.
