COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS
Check-in times are between 14h00 - 17h00. If guests are arriving earlier, they can pick up the keys for their apartment,
but not allowed into the apartment until 14h00. Management should be notified of time of arrival for guests.
Check-out times are 09h00 to allow the apartment to air and to be cleaned sufficiently. Guests may enquire for late departure if the apartment is not booked for the following day.
Apartments are cleaned and surfaces sanitized before each arrival. All keys will be sanitized before check-in and after check-out. Every apartment will have a sanitizer bottle for all sanitizing purposes.
Please note that most decorations (such as decorative pillows, books, etc), is removed from the surfaces while the pandemic persists.
Only the beds that guests will sleep on will be made. If rooms are occupied by only 1 guest, only 1 bed will be fully made up, the extra bed will only have a cover.
There will be no services during your stay to ensure that there is minimum contact with our staff. Special requests can be made. 2 sets of towels and 1 set of clean linen per week will be provided.
On arrival guests will have to complete a form to confirm that they do not have any flue like symptoms when booking in. This form will have to be signed by all occupants. Any guest developing flu like symptoms or any sickness while staying at Vilaroux, should immediately notify management.
PLEASE NOTE: NO PERSON WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES OR REFUNDS GIVEN IF GUESTS SHOWS ANY FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS ONCE THEY ARRIVE AT VILAROUX.
