About Vilaroux
Vilaroux is situated just off the historic Dorp Street which is known for its Victorian townhouses, Restaurants, oak trees and narrow canals. The famous Oom Samie se Winkel, the local general dealer which dates back to 1904, can also be found here. The Gothic-style Old Lutheran Church dating back to 1851 now accommodates the University of Stellenbosch's art gallery.
Vilaroux is only 300 m from the Tourist Information Centre for up-to-date information on all the attractions in and around Stellenbosch. They will assist you in any tours you wish to undertake.

Stellenbosch is one of the most beautiful wine growing areas in the world and is known as the Wine Capital of South Africa. Vilaroux is centrally located and we have easy access to all Wine Routes. Daily wine tasting and sales are offered at more than 150 cellars. Most of the wine farms also offer cellar tours, picnic baskets and have their own restaurants.
At Vilaroux we pride ourselves in assisting our guests in all their needs. We have a beautiful pool in a secluded spot in the garden with pool furniture.
