LUXURY TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT (2 twin beds per room)
4 Guests = R1 700.00 per apartment per night
3 Guests = R1 500.00 per apartment per night
2 Guests = R1 300.00 per apartment per night
1 Guest   = R1 000.00 per apartment per night

LUXURY ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT (2 twin beds per room)
2 Guests = R1 300.00 per apartment per night
1 Guest   = R1 000.00 per apartment per night

Rates that are applicable for the months from 1st SEPTEMBER 2017 to the 30th APRIL 2018

LUXURY TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT (2 twin beds per room)
4 Guests = R2 200.00 per apartment per night
3 Guests = R1 950.00 per apartment per night
2 Guests = R1 400.00 per apartment per night
1 Guest   = R1 050.00 per apartment per night

LUXURY ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT (2 twin beds per room)
2 Guests = R1 400.00 per apartment per night
1 Guest   = R1 050.00 per apartment per night

Children of all ages are welcome.

Booking Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT
To secure the booking we require a payment of 50% of the total cost of the booking to be paid into our bank account. We will allow a time period of 24 hours to preliminary reserve the booking after a booking request was made by the guest for the payment to be made.  With guests from other countries we will allow a 7 day period. The outstanding balance on the booking must then be paid into our bank account 14 days prior to arrival.

Any bookings made shorter than 14 days prior to arrival must be fully paid before the booking will be confirmed.

Vilaroux reserves the right to cancel any booking where the deposit and or the payments have not been paid on the due date.  Guests will immediately be informed via email when such an action has been taken.

Payment can only be made by  EFT (electronic fund transfer) or direct deposits into our bank account. Guests will be liable for all transfer and commission payable on overseas transfers. No Cheques will be accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that your booking is a legally binding agreement. If you cancel your booking after it was confirmed the cancellation policy will apply.
Our Cancellation Policy and Conditions are as follows:

CHECK – IN TIME
Check –in will be between 14h00 and 19h00. Please note that we do not do late check-in's

CHECK-OUT
No later than 10h00.  Later departures must be arranged with management.

CLEANING OF APARTMENTS

The apartment will be serviced 3x per week. No services will be done on weekends or public holidays. If you require an additional daily services (R150.00) or week-end services (R250.00), it must be arranged with management prior to arrival.  The fee for the additional service needs to be paid when the final payment is made for the booking. 
Service will include the following:

INTERNET
A Wi-Fi service is available and is supplied by WISH (www.wishnetworks.co.za) . Please log onto their website to familiarize yourself of what they offer. The cost of this facility is not included in our standard rates.

KEYS
You will be held fully responsible for the keys during your stay. The cost for lost keys is R1500.00 per set.

BASEMENT PARKING
Secure basement parking is included in our rate. Access to the basement will be via remote control gates and garage door. The remote will be handed to you upon arrival. Please note only 1 parking bay per apartment.

TELEVISION
Each apartment is fitted with a television and has access to DSTV `s hotel bouquet of channels.

DAMAGES
The guest will be held liable for all damages or losses to furniture, fittings and equipment, that was caused during his stay.

QUIET  TIME
Vilaroux has a policy that quiet time will be adhered to between the hours of 22h00 and 07h30. No activity outside the apartments is allowed during this time. No disturbance will be allowed during this time and if needed Management will request the guest to leave the premises immediately.
